How to Download Mass Effect 3 DLC

So, I'll start by saying I'm playing Mass Effect 3 on the Xbox One, and I'm connected to Xbox Live. To help my war assets I decided to download one of the DLCS, Leviathian (and later The Citadel). All is well and good, except a message pops up telling me to go to manage games and find them under 'ready to install'. Problem is, there is no 'ready to install' on the menu. Yes, I'm in the right place. 

I thought maybe I should give my Xbox time, turn it off. I left it for three days, came back, and the issue is still there. It's like I never bought them. And it doesn't matter how many times I press download again, it just takes me back to the same place. I paid money on these and would really appreciate if someone knew how to fix this issue ☹️

    I figured it out! I went into the base game and they were listed underneath it. Just had to press install on both. Thanks so much!

    More or less what you apparently already tried, but just in case:

    "manage game and add ons"

    On R side, there's and "updates" button.  Not in that?

    As to war assets, you know the other ways to improve that right? (not that you shouldn't get access to the DLC you paid for, and especially for Citadel which is wonderful!):

    Online: N7HQ Galaxy at War minigame

    Multiplayer! - I replied mostly to advocate for this.  If you've never tried the multiplayer, I strongly encourage you to give it a try!

    Hi, thanks for answering back 🙂 I do know you can improve it in multiplayer, but since I've always wanted to play the DLCs anyway I thought, why not? 

    I looked in the updates and they're not listed there. Running out of ideas ☹️
