How to register Mass effect Trilogy

I'm having trouble registering my Mass effect Trilogy (PC version) on to the Bioware webiste because it's asking me for a registering code for Mass effect 2 and also having problems with downloading ...

For mass effect 1 , all the DLC contents are included in the installation.

Upon checking on the bioware website and registering mass effect 2, it says that i have an invalid code. problems are appearing in this mass effect trilogy.
