i am having 2 issues
Ok i have tried play it twice now all the way through and it does the same so is this a glitch?? it’s kinda got me mad because i went ahead and play it up to %83 of the game and being stuck don't go...

Framerate means the number of frames per second. If it's very low, interaction becomes impossible. You can monitor this using a program called Fraps. Just run Fraps and report back with the number they give you at these specific moments.

It would be better to set the benchmark options to only 'MinMaxAvg' before running the benchmark. Should be easier to read.
You could also just press F12 while playing and look at the number it displays.

While I'm cusrious how you could get a minimum framerate of 0 fps, the average framerates are good enough and did not trigger the issues. So it boils down to comon glitches.
The Grunt loyalty mission can be bugged if you didn't patch the game to the latest version. However, I've seen this happen even in a fully patched game. I don't know a fix.
