I cannot contact anyone from support.

I have purchased Mass Effect 1 and it showed up in my games for 2 days then disappeared. I have tried going through the Help Center several times and it will not go to a chat session so I can get it fixed. I have tried this for several days and I am to the point of calling my credit card company and getting the charges removed. How can Origin possibly think they will be able to stay in business with this type of support? No phone number and impossible to contact anyone.

I have refreshed my games and unloaded and reloaded Origin. THe game was paid and showed up until I called for support and they fixed the first issue. The next day, the game was gone.

1st Make sure you are logged into the account on which the game/s were registered.

Please make sure you have "Show: All Games" in MY GAMES selected. Have also a look at "Hidden Games" because manually hidden games will not appear in the "All Games" view.

If none of the above, you'll have to contact a game advisor (accounts) via live chat from your computer to check the status of your account and where the game code may be registered.

You need to contact EA game advisor DIRECTLY to get it check then, only they have the tools and authority to go into your account to do it.
