i cannot load any of my mass effect 2 save files after going to windows 11

What happens if you go over "load"?

Are the Save files in the right location? (C:\Users\>Your user name<\Documents\BioWare\Mass Effect 2\Save")

@holger1405 yes correct location nothing happens if i click load.

Inside the "Save" folder the "PCSAV" files are in the character folder? (John_XX_Soldier_XXXXXX)

What kind of virus scanner do you use?

Did you tried to run the client, and the game as Administrator?

@holger1405 i only use windows defender and setting as admin does nothing

@holger1405 is it because the saves were on modded game i re installed it on steam windows 11 since i built myself a new pc

Even heavily modded saves would be visible for the game, they might not load, but the game would see them.

Look at this post and check points 2 & 3.

@holger1405 im at a loss should i try adding the mods back on maybe?
