I cannot play Mass Effect 3 multiplayer.

Hello,
I play Mass Effect 3 multiplayer every day, except I haven't been able to connect to the EA servers without my game freezing up. I have done some online research looking for a solution to this problem and have found numerous similar complaints. However, they are all dated from around October of 2012. I can find no new posting's or information from other's who are experiencing connectivity issue's. Is there something I can do to be able to play multiplayer again or is this strictly a backroom type of affair, needing to be fixed at the place where the EA server's are hosted?
