Same here, bought the PC download last week and it's still grayed out on Origin...................
Just be patient, they can't make it available instantaneously.
If one of you is coming from Europe, you'll have to wait until November 9th (Read my first post above)
I also pre-ordered it last week and cannot download. I'm in Australia - will I have to wait for the EU release date?
I'm in the US and the game has definately been released but it still says "not yet released" on my Origin. I tried restarting the computer and relogging into Origin multiple times.
Same in Canada.
I received the emails stating it's available.
The Order now shows up in both EA and Origins (although that was only on June 6 in the evening).
Tried logging out and back in several times into the Origin client.
Hopefully it will drop soon.
