I can't launch Mass Effect 3 N7 Digital Deluxe Edition

I'm currently trying to launch Mass Effect 3 N7 Digital Deluxe Edition through both Origin and Steam. Neither of those things have worked. I even tried using the desktop shortcut. That didn't work ei...
