I can't locate masseffect3.exe or the exe for the Mass Effect 3 demo
How can I get them back? They're not in the binaries folder anymore

If you can't find the starter anywhere, I suggest you reinstall the game. Otherwise use the search function on you PC and search for your starter. Hope this will solve it!

So I would uninstall the game and then reinstall it? Would this affect the DLC I have or affect my saves?
You can copy your saves from your "My Documents" folder or the game folder itself. But I think you have to redowload the DLC you bought.
