You could also download the DLC from the Origin client after you register your product code. You may need to install the game through Origin, however.

Thanks for the suggestion. I followed the wizard you suggested to get help, but it simply sends me back here, to the AHQ. The only other option it offers is to get support by phone, but there's no details on how that works: no form, no phone number, nothing. I remember from back in the day that I could simply send an e-mail or get live chat help: is that still an option? Or do you have any resources or contacts you could point in the direction of this thread, or put in contact with me directly to resolve this? I'd gladly provide the necessary contact details to make this happen if need be.
