I can't post in the Bioware forums... I can't Register my copy of ME3 for XBOX 360... and I can't log in..... But I can post here just fine?

I have an account with Bioware,  but there are three things which are not working for me.

1.  I can't post in the Bioware Forums.    Going to this link http://social.bioware.com/page/site-rules tells me why I can't post, I think it's because I haven't registered my copy of ME3 for XBOX360.   

2.  I can't register the game because I cannot log in!       Grrrrrr!   : (

3.  I can't login and I can't email support. (See error message below)  Yes, I have done multiple resets and I get the confirmation after doing the reset for the Bioware page, but it wont work!         Error message "Unable to redirect to required source"
