I can't run the game and EA Help chat is disabled

I'm having trouble running my game. Problems that I think I caused by accident. My initial story comes from here ( https://answers.ea.com/t5/Mass-Effect-Legendary-Edition/PC-HELP-EA-App-won-t-let-me-Download-Install-Execute-MELE/m-p/14332596#M18730 ).

After this the game was perfect until yesterday. I was trying to unlock an achievement that is apparently bugged because I read about bugs with that everywhere. Someone on a forum suggested that they had found the solution by clearing the EA app cache to leave the record of your achievements at zero.
I think whatever Christine (the EA Help chat operator who initially solved my problem) did, I accidentally deleted it.
The game did not run again. Steam opens it without problems but EA blocks any possibility of it running.
The error message has no code or anything like that. It only says "that there is a technical error that prevents the game from starting" (image attached).
I urgently need to contact someone (preferably someone with the same willingness to help me and solve the problem that that last operator had) to help me in EA Help, BUT the options to chat with an operator disappeared from the page.
"CHAT WITH US" is simply no longer there.
I tried opening the page with other browsers.

I tried to change the topic.
I tried the "Resume case" option.
I tried other languages.
NOTHING
From one moment to the next it was no longer possible to communicate directly with EA Help.
What is happening???

    Well.. this is really weird..
    I left the PC open for a few hours to go out and do some things and when I came back the game was open...
    The Steam screen showed it running normally, and the EA app screen only showed a banner saying that the game required administrator permissions, if I agreed to grant them.
    Seriously... I have no idea what happened. There was no one here who could touch my pc. The only thing I can think of is that my bug report has reached the technical team and they have made some changes. But why it ran itself, I really don't know.

    Try to repair the game.

    (Origin: Game Library > Right-click the game cover > Repair)
    (EA app: My Collection > Click on the three dots on the game cover > Repair)
    (Steam: Game Library > Right-click the game > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files.)

    If that don't works create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that with the "Choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.
