[PC] EA app/Steam - Mass Effect Andromeda "Missing Online Access" Error

@UmbrellaCorp0 Servers are still online. Are you getting any error messages when you launch the game?

I used to play multiplayer until about the beginning of this year when this started happening. The game won't connect and I can't access multiplayer. I own the game on EA directly.

All other games (including every other ME game) seem to be working just fine.

I can't speak for the original poster, but I am getting the attached error.

Did you had a EA play subscription that is not active anymore?

I did, a long time ago. And since then I actually had the issue of EA telling me that I don't own Andromeda at a few random times.

Anyway, I ended up buying it on Steam today since it's discounted (I knew I could refund it if it doesn't work anyway) and it seem to connect without a problem there.

@Arilena I looked at your account. You do own it and I fixed it just in case so you should be good to go. If anything does happen, you can simply reinstall it.

I've had this problem with EA telling me I don't own games and DLCs that I do quite a few times.

Btw, you will see double reply. That is another issue that someone from support messed up and I cannot use my Google account to sign in. Instead, it created another account.
