I found a Loading Error at the Pinnacle Station

I found a loading bug with Mass Effect one at the Pinnacle Station. The loading screen hangs seemingly infinitely (not willing to wait around more than a couple minutes). The parameters that change when the bug surfaces is if I |change a squad member's equipment|, then lose a |capture| mission on |volcano map|, then talk to Ochren and |replay the last mission|. With those parameters the loading screen to the replayed mission never completes.

What I was working on was changing the character's equipment and every time I reloaded the previous mission at the Pinnacle Station after changing my character's equipment the loading screen to the re-loading mission would never finish. (Ctrl - Alt - Del situation)
