I need a new serial key for mass effect

hello i just bought the trilogy pack and installed mass effect 1 and as soon as game launched it asked for a serial wich comes with the game, i cpy pasted the serial key into the box and it wont let me continue it just returns me and asks me to check if its correct wich obvioulsy is does anyone know where can i get a new code i just want to play ☹️

    Same Problem here, the Key I bought (g2a ME bundle) activated all 3 games on my account. After Download it askes for EA registration code. I thought that might either be the one key i bought or the product code Origin gives you as you look them up in the Bib.
