I own a valid CD key for Mass Effect, but I can't activate the game on Origin

I bought the game and I have a valid key of it, but I can not activate on the Origin platform through the links below:

or
https://activate.ea.com/applyentitlement.do

I always find the error "The product code you entered is not valid. Please confirm that the code has been entered correctly." I tried to contact the support, but I could not find the right place. Can you help me?

    You should redeem the code directly in Origin. (Origin > Redeem product code.)

    If that don't works, you should contact EA directly. If you are not from the US change the country in the top right corner.

    If your region is not available, see this guide.

    Thanks, but even directly at Origin, it did not work. I'll try to call the support tomorrow, I found the number for my region.

    Is there any other way to contact EA? Online chat or email? Thank you.

    Oh, I changed the region and it appeared (don't know if this is allowed, but...). Thank you, helped me a lot! :D
