In Mass Effect 2, when you have Mordin Solus with you.You may notice a image of a Reaper on his forehead, Now I maybe seeing things that are there or not there, please check and let me know. Thanks

There's also the shape of Citadel Tower, but that one's easier to explain in lore. 😛
I noticed it in my second ME2 playthrough, long before ME3 came out, and I fully expected Mordin to be outed as a indoctrinated Reaper-Agent in my first ME3 playthrough. 😃
Yeah, that was a "In your face!" by Bioware. 😇 😃
