Import xbox 360

I played ME1 and was able to import that character. I replay it with another character (compete it 3 times) but when I tried to import my 2nd character it shows the 1st one in green and all three of the 2nd character in yellow and won't let me chose the 2nd one.I moved the 1st to another drive but it keeps picking it up. How can I get my 2nd character imported to ME2?
