Imported save not working correctly.

Decided to do a replay the games since i last played mass effect 1 way back on 360 before going to pc for 2, and so i imported My ME1 save i just finished and i'm noticing alot of weird * problems, the questions on the ship with miranda and jacob said ashely was dead, which i saved. Then after the first planet talking with the illusive man said she was alive, and now talking to anderson it's saying i killed the council which i saved.

Also, everything i chose in ME1 shows up when i import it o mass effect 2 but i doesn't look like it working right. and it's bugging out.
