Impossible to download the game

Hi,

so I have a problem to install this game.

I bought it and installed EA app for the first time. As I didn't want another account on another platform, I chose to login with steam (which explain my lovely nickname...). I added the key on the app and I got the game.

Then, I tried to install it. When downloading it, it is stuck at 14%, and I get the 'please try again in a few minutes' super accurate error message.

I tried almost everything I saw on this forum, to no avail.

I tried to contact the support team, but I cannot start a live chat on any subject. I get the 'Major error, the authentication bots found an error' or something like that.

I tried for 1 days to get it work and another half a day to reach the support. I've never seen that in my 30+ years of gaming life.

Please just help me get this game running.
