Improve Research and Development

In the "Development" screen, I'd like to know if I've already developed this gear without having to go to my inventory to check if I have this item already.

And what's the point of having a separate Research AND Development menu? I don't see why someone would spend points only on research without eventually developing.

A single menu would be sufficient. Just combine needed requirements (research points and resources).
