In need of help

I will be getting Mass Effect 3 through the post in the next couple of days. Playing on a different Xbox360 than I used to play on. Will my gamertag automatically connect to my old EA account? I can't remember the old account details. (Created a new one to ask this question)

Can anyone help me recover the old details just from my xbox live account?
