There are some directory security settings mismatches found by SFC.

Please execute the commands below one after the other in an elevated command prompt:
(Wait until each command finished)

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Bild /CheckHealth

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Bild /ScanHealth

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /restoreHealth

sfc /scannow

In the end the result should be again "Der Windows-Ressourcenschutz hat keine Integritätsverletzungen gefunden."

Let us know if it is different.

Then repair the game again, running Origin as Administrator.

Then:

• Follow this manual to the letter to cleanly uninstall all NVIDIA components.
• Install the graphics driver. > Go online.
• Test.

removed NVIDIA Components, rebooted in safe mode without network, installed drivers, rebooted with network. 

repaired ME LE once again with Origin started with elevated rights, (no messages, no errors ´ran multiple times)

Startet ME LE, started ME1, loaded a save game close to the building, tried to enter the building and it is stuck again at Loading.

I also like to test something: (You need a save really close to the building for this.)

• Klick on Start > Choose "on/off"
• Press the Shift Key > Click on "Restart"
• Windows now boots into the recovery Screen.
• Choose "Troubleshot" > Advanced Options > Startup Settings
• Click "Restart"
• After the PC restart you will see a list of options > Press "F5" for "Safe Mode with Networking"
• Try to start the game.

No drivers expect network drivers are loaded in this mode, meaning the game is rendered in software, so it will take a wile to get to the launcher and so on.

You of course can't play this way, the idea is to find out if there is a problem with the game files or if something else is triggering the problem. 
(If you can make it into the building this time you also should create a save inside and test in standard mode.)

To leave the Save environment, just restart the system.

tried that too 🙂 amazing when you see every frame move by. 

But no luck either. Even with software rendering only, the loading screen just remains as is and I had to force quire via ALT F4 after four minutes of waiting.

Then there is most probably a problem with the game files.

• Make sure Origin is closed.
• Go here and download the "Revo Uninstaller". (The freeware version, Portable version works too.)
• Run "Revo Uninstaller" > Uninstall the MELE.
• At the end of the main uninstall, Revo will ask you which cleaning method you want to use. > Select "Moderate" > Browse.
• If "Remaining registration content found" is displayed > Select All > Delete > Next
• When "Remaining Data and Folders" is displayed > Select All (Make sure the "Origin Games" folder or other important folders are not in the list) > Delete.
• Move the "Mass Effect Legendary Edition" folder from under "Dokumente\BioWare\" folder to your desktop if Revo did not already purged it.
• Restart the PC > Run Origin as Administrator > Reinstall the game from a fresh download > Test.

Done all that, reinstalled MELE for the third time at this point 🙂 

About to test once it is done. I will post an update. Thanks a lot for all your effort! 

The same as before. That game is stuck loading. I think we have ruled out anything even remotely related to my installation /( drivers / settings at this point, don't you agree?

I am open to suggestions but if you think we cannot push this any further, I would respect that.

The nice thing about a computer is that you almost never run out of options. 😉

On what drive is the game installed?

Create a new Windows user account  (Administrator) don't use local special characters, use only  Characters from the ASCII table
(Keine Umlaute usw.)

• Reboot > Log in to the new user account.
• Test.

two drives, both different NV2M, I MELE was installed on both already. On the last installed I moved it to the second drive during install. 

I created a new local Admin user, switched users to the brand new profile. Same result after logging into Origin and starting MELE. Game just sticks on loading.

Did you tried the third drive you have?
(You can move the game with Origin.)

Please also run the Windows Memory test.

I have two disks so the game was installed on both disks more than once and has passed Verifikation multiple times. . Both show no errors in SMART and when running the Tests via Samsung Magician, I am 100% it is not related to my drives after three installs. 

I will let the mem test run, I am quite certain nothing will be the issue there because no other games show any problems whatsoever. But let me check to be sure 🙂

Yeah, I did not looked close enough at the DxDiag, the third drive listed is FAT32 and so probably a USB stick.

See, the thing is that there are no other reports whatsoever that would indicate a problem of the game at this specific point.

If there would be a bug that serious we would see hundreds of reports on this board.

So the only conclusion is that there is something on your system that is the problem.

I hear you. 

The memory test ran a looooong time and it concluced no errors either. 

I think I am at the point where I feel that I could try to create a new game down the road, try to get to that point again and see if it fails. Maybe something in my entire set of saves is broken. 

It would of course help if we had logs of the game of what happens during that time etc. 

I have seen quite a few of these reports though mostly they seem to be resolved by running around the Building (makes no sense) or by verifying the game content on the disk via Origin. I truly appreciate the time and effort you have spent on this with me.

The MELE is not creating any internal log files.

Did you used any mods or ReShade before?

No, nothing like that. Play vanilla install. There should not have been anything that modifies the game files itself from my point of view. My subscription is running out this month and I am sure I will return to MELE in Winter and will just start over. I have played ME:1 so many times so at worst I will invest another 20 hours to get there again.
