Initiating Citadel DLC Encounters/Emails

The title says it all. I've recently completed the main story for the Citadel DLC for Mass Effect 3, including the party that Joker suggests at the end. You're supposed to receive emails from your crew about meet-ups and such, but I've only gotten a few. I got the one from Kolyat, Grunt, and Traynor, but that's it. I've tried doing several missions, and returning to the apartment with no luck. I also ran around the Citadel and made sure to go through all the vanilla encounters. Liara and Tali in the markets; going shooting with Garrus on the presidium, etc. Still no dice. Any ideas?

Just for context: Everyone survived my suicide mission in ME2. I'm romancing Tali. Kaiden died on Virmire, and Wrex survived. The last story mission I did was the last mission on Rannoch (The Quarian missions).

EDIT: I also recieved EDI's email in the first batch. I'm beginning to think the game is glitched now because I can no longer read the emails that were previously sent. Also, I just got the email from Ashley, but she never showed up on the map, and I can't invite her to the apartment. Her email also disappeared.
