I agree Insanity is too easy. It's because the devs decided that bullet sponges = difficulty. Enemies just take like 20 power combos or 4 clips from a gun, yet they can only shoot marshmallows back.
Seriously - the biggest challenge in this game is playing Insanity on level 132, where the Kett Cardinal takes a totally reasonable 30 rockets to kill (totally not reasonable). The only single reason it's challenging is because of how broken the scaled health and health regen stats are. It makes it nigh imposisble to strip the Cardinal of her shield because her Orb regens before you can even kill it. The only single way I found to beat her was to unleash 30 rockets on her, 1 for the orb, 1 for her - rinse repeat. Technically she only has 15 rockets of health - but is that even reasonable? 15 rockets? Nah. Bioware dun goofed.
Yet I even have the video on youtube - I can do the entire end run of the game on Insanity without ever even losing more than half my health. The game is a JOKE on higher difficulties, there is no tangible challenge - just impedance of progress due to tedious health levels.
It's a shame too because it appears Bioware has absolutely no plans to rebalance things, they've had months and not even one change in the right direction.
