Completed Mass Effect 2 in the Mass Effect Legendary Edition on Insanity and was not awarded Insanity 2 for completing 2 mass effect games on insanity. I completed mass effect 1 on insanity and got the achievement. I started the game on insanity and played all the way through and completed on insanity. No achievement. I have started Mass Effect 3 on insanity and hopefully I'll get both achievements at the same time when I complete mass effect 3 on insanity.
Can confirm that the Insanity achievement for ME2 does not unlock even after the June 7th patch for PC. It unlocks fine for ME1 and ME3, but it seems like ME2 is having issues. Sucks. Finished my insanity playthrough of ME2, and I do not want to do it again... ME3 and ME1, I got no quarrels, but ME2 on insanity was just... no. Hopefully they get it patched soon! Still loved the series, but want that final achievement!
Just finished ME3 on Insanity and it didnt unlock both Insanity III and Paramour III (Rekindled romance with Jack)
That's disapointing given how Insanity on ME3 is a nightmare (with Vanguard...)
