Insanity/Paramour 2&3 still haven't unlocked after recent update.

Having played each of the games three times through, I have been able to do romances in all games with various characters. 

As after this patch am still unable to trigger paramour III. 

I have loaded saves prior to (more than one of each) romances in all three games, made post-patch saves both prior to and after viewing the relevant scenes. 

Still nothing. I have done this at least twice for each game, in alternating order.  Nop. 

Additionally, the in-game achievements accessed in each games menu are now even less accurate than before - ME and ME2 show me with paramour and paramour II (this is accurate) although various other medals are now grey that shouldn't be - ME3 only shows Paramour I. 

Not sure of any other way to try unlocking this at this point.

Just to add my situation (Xbox One X) - completed ME2 on Insanity and romanced Garrus but no achievements popped retroactively for me. As I carried on playing beyond the end (to complete the Shadow Broker DLC) I no longer have a save for prior to the Suicide Mission.

I'd previously completed my ME1 Insanity (achievement popped) and completed the romance too (again, popped). I've gone into my ME3 run but am a little nervy about not popping at the end of it! 

Not thrilled at the prospect of "just playing it again" tbh!

Thanks for clarifying! We are looking into an issue with the in-game achievements not properly unlocking on Xbox since the last patch, so that may be affecting these particular achievements still as well.

I'm playing on Xbox Series X and i'm also having issues with Paramour 2 unlocking

1. [Pre 7th June patch] I romanced Ashley, unlocking the Paramour 1 achievement, and then proceeded to complete Mass Effect 1
2. [Pre 7th June patch] I checked the in-game achievement tracker and Paramour 1 showed as unlocked
3. [Pre 7th June patch] I started Mass Effect 2 but had not yet reached the romancing part of the game
4. [Post 7th June patch] I checked the in-game achievement tracker and Paramour 1 now was showing as greyed out as if i had not unlocked the achievement
5. [Post 7th June patch] I romanced Miranda in the engine room but the achievement Paramour 2 did not unlock. I checked the in-game tracker and Paramour 1 was now showing as unlocked again.
6. [Post 7th June patch] I completed Mass Effect 2, but Paramour 2 still hasn't unlocked.

Having checked this thread, i have tried the following without any success.

1. I loaded up a save for Mass Effect 1 that was AFTER i had romanced Ashley but just before the endgame. (i don't have a save set before the romance scene in ME1)
2. I saved over that save, then exited the game without finishing the game again.
3. I loaded up a save for Mass Effect 2 that was just BEFORE i could romance Miranda in the engine room.
4. I completed the romance scene with Miranda, and then the conversation with the Illusive Man, but the achievement still failed to unlock.
