Insanity/Paramour 2&3 still haven't unlocked after recent update.

Beat all 3 games on insanity a couple of weeks ago, romanced Liara in all 3 aswell but only received Insanity and Paramour 1. Still hasn't given me the other achievements.(Playing on Xbox) trying to ...

@EA_Mako I get keeping everything the same but is there anyway reason as to why Paramour 2 can't be added for Liara now?

Just to get my 2p in:

Paramour II (Miranda) & Insanity II both unlocked for me after the patch - great news.

Paramour III has not unlocked (Miranda… I’m assuming you get the achievement during the scene in the apartment on the Citidel?.. “Come here and kiss me”)

Im about to launch into the point of no return (assault Cerberus base)… hope that Insanity III unlocks.
