It is going to take over 10 hours to change to having my gamertag hooked up to the correct ea account.

So someone else connected my gamertag to an ea account i do not have any access to whatsoever.  I sit there for over an hour waiting to be connected to a chat, because that was the only option.  When i finally get through to the chat i am told i have to contact a customer service person over the phone and am given a case number.  30 minutes of sitting on hold later i am told it will take over 550 minutes.  This is completely and totally unacceptable.  It is not crucial that I have this done now, but it is not possible for me to sit on hold for that period of time, nor is it reasonable to expect your customers to go through that just for something so simple.  I just want this fixed, not to jump through these giant hoops that are completely unreasonable. 

Can someone actually help me that will not take up over 10 hours of my day.
