Item Script and loot list and script bugs

Multiple items aren't or failing to spawn as loot in leveled item spawn and loot scripts. Quarian Armor, Phasic Rounds, Pulse Rifles. So much that is not spawning in and keep on finding low leveled loot and already halfway through the game and I am on Virmire and my Shepherd is a Level 55 Adept Commando. This has to do with   item script and leveled loot script generated but it is all randomized and the randomization should be scrapped and deleted. I also keep finding Tier 7 armor and item mods
