Its not letting me run mass effect 3 on my windows 8

I bought mass effect 3 and installed it to my windows 8 and when it launches it will show the blue circle for about two seconds. I already changed the compatibility mod to windows XP service pack 3

a)  ME3 doesn't need "Compatibility Mode".  Runs fine on my Win8 Pro/64-bit rig with no special settings.

b)  If you're launching the game from the EA/Origin screen, you need to be sure you've got EA/Origin set to "Run as Administrator".
