Lack of systems in Voyager Cluster
I don't see all systems in Voyager Cluster. I know it's supposed to be three of them, but to me appears only Amazon.

Some systems only come available after you obtained a mission relevant to the system.
I don't know and have no way of testing itm if that is also the case with the Voyager Cluster, but I would guess that this is the problem here.
I opened an old save file from early in the game and I also only see one system in the Voyager Cluster, so it's normal.
