I'm experencing a similar problem. I start the game on Origin and it starts in german (or another language). If I go to advanced game properties and change the language to "English" and start the game, nothing changes. I tried to reinstall the game and the language is still German. Does someone know how to effectivelly change the game language?
Did you repaired the game after you set the language to English in Origin?
Yes, I repaired the game, but it wasn't helpful. It appears to be more like a bug.
You may want to check your Origin app properties and make sure you are set to English in Origin app, and then go into your saves folder and delete the profileoptions and profileoptions.options folders/files from inside the saves folder. This should set your game back to default options and settings.
C:\Users\(your user name)\Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age Inquisition\Save
This should be where the save folder is located.
That is if you are on PC....in PS and Xbox, no clue...
