Legendary ME2 bugs (some also present in original)

Hi Folks I played the original Mass Effect Trilogy many times, and am happily working my way through the Legendary Edition (all on PC). There are few minor bugs that I thought might get solved. One...

@thegarruslegacyDragging skills on quick bar was always a problem for me. A problem which was easily solved by disabling in game Origin and playing in borderless window.

Hammerhead's noise it's a sound effect (not a bug) to cover an internal script running in background in order to avoid the bugs - nothing to be fixed here.
