level mode

I have reinstalled Mass Effect Legendary three times now and I can change the level mode from classic to legendary in MEL1 and MEL3 but do not have an option setting for Mass Effect 2. The option setting does not show up in any menu.

  • I believe that is intentional and that the Level Scaling toggle isn't available for ME2.

Above: A screenshot of the Options menu from my game.

Note: I also started a new character to see if the option was only available through the character creation menus and it wasn't there.

  • ME2's maximum level was always thirty, you don't need to (and you cannot) change anything around.

  • Congrats on staring ME2, which even with some plot holes I consider it to be better than 3, but ME2 character leaves always ended capped at Level 30 and they continue to level 60 in the third game.

I honestly don't know why Bioware introduced that weird leveling system for ME1 LE.

@sundance31us Thanks, I always like the level 60 cap as it makes sense in ME2 that after Shepard has their accident he gets his level restarted to 1 all over agian, except when he imports a level 60 save character which lets us start at level 5, and in ME3 we continue back towards 60.
