I started NG+ with my lvl 29 shep.
I'm now at about 1/2 way point and never hit 30.
My exp is on legendary Level 29 694818/662100
My exp on classic is Level 57 694818/542100
So how many times do I have to NG+ to hit 30/60?
Side note in both playthroughs I have not gotten Colossus armor for any of my people. Not even from X57,
Also the only HMWA I have gotten was HMWA VII from specter vendor. I bought the Kassa Fabrication license. At this level the mechant on ship only has HMWA VII. Marlan doesn't have any, in original could always find something in his.

On PS4 you do not get the resource bonus from importing since your not level 60.
I tested to only level in Legendary mode on PS4 and can not reach level 30 , but XP numbers keep going up.
Leveling in classic will stop at 59 + max XP to hit level 60.
To me this seems like someone only did a > comparison somewhere instead of >= comparison for levels and the conversion to Legendary level mode seems to be completely broken.
This should be fixed ASAP since you do not get the 60 import bonuses you only get the 50 or if it was 55 import bonuses.
