I purchased one of the Mimobot Commander Shepard Flash Drives at the end of November last year, and when it arrived, I saw the code for 'Bonus Multiplayer Items' inside and promptly redeemed it. However, nothing was given in game, I believe it's meant to be a free pack for the multiplayer.
I checked on both PC and Xbox, but nothing was there. I contacted EA Support by E-mail on the 5th of December informing them of what had happened, and got a reply 5 days later asking me more questions, which I answered the same day, and then I heard nothing more. So 6 days later, I tried the Livechat service, spent 20 minutes or so on there with someone, and at the end it turned out she didn't know what the problem was or how to solve it, and so she told me she would pass it on to a Specialist.
3 weeks later, someone finally contacted me on the 4th of January to tell me he couldn't do anything to rectify the problem and that he would pass it on to a contact at Bioware to see if they could do anything, and that they would contact me with a solution. However, 3 weeks on, nobody has contacted me and I thought I'd give it a go on here to see if anyone from Bioware/EA could help me out.
I was hoping the Bioware contact would've got back to me earlier, as it turns out I have exactly the same problem with another code I got from the purchase of a pair of the N7 Sneakers I recieved a few days after I was last contacted.
Both codes were correctly redeemed on the Bioware Social Network on the account I use to play Mass Effect on both Xbox and PC, and both products are listed on my Registered Products page on BSN, but no packs have appeared in game on either format.
Sorry for the wall of text, but I'd really appreciate any help I could get, even if it's someone just pointing this in the direction of the Bioware Tech Support guys or something, thanks 🙂
