Loading issues: Mass Effect LE (1)

I’m getting loading crashes for three locations so far with no fix in sight

1. cant land on Trebin in Hades Gamma (stuck on ship load screen) so unable to complete side quest 

2. Elevator on Noveria to the hotel bar (stuck on load screen while travelling in the elevator - had to get to the garage by other means and cannot completely Lorik Q’uin main quest 

3. can’t land on Virmire (stuck on ship loading screen) which is a pretty important part of the game and cant finish the game! 

How can I fix this without reinstalling the whole game? 
This is on Xbox One 

I wait for ages to load but then eventually resets back to the Xbox Home Screen. Reloading earlier saves doesn’t work either nor does visiting other missions in the meantime. Clearly a game glitch.
