What I ended up having to do is make a dummy twitter account to tweet from, wouldn't work on my main twitter.
It gave me the halberd for multiplayer and some exp boosters.
So this explains why there was no challenge for the Halberd...
Always thought the gun was originally part of the game, oh well my mistake ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
