Losing Connection Every 5 mins

 Ok so I'm only posting this here because it's hard to get to EA help without server disruption. Anyway for some reason I keep getting my connection from Mass Effect 3 servers disrupted every 5 mi...

    Hi guys,

    don't know if this will help - I have the same problem, but on PC. 

    After running route trace tests, the data loss is only between me and the ea servers.

    If you open a supoort ticket - do 2 x tests and submit them - you will be able to see where the loss is.
