Mars: Prothean Archives bug; unable to progress

I am replaying Mass Effect 3 in the Legendary Edition on PC (Steam), and there is a bug in the mission Mars: Prothean Archives that is preventing me from moving forward. When you exit to the outside of the Mars base on the way to the construction, the ladder has clipped into the corner of the upper path so I cannot go down it, and therefore cannot progress to the rest of the game.

I have attempted reloading from an earlier checkpoint, restarting the mission, and restarting the game. I was able to successfully complete this mission last week, so I believe it may be something that went wrong with the June 7th update or a recent patch.
