Mass 3 DLC swapping platforms AGAIN

So it's been awhile since we've done this.  A  bunch of my Mass Effect 3 material inexplicably comes up for the Xbox 360, I have a PS3.  A chat representative was able to figure out what happened, but was unable to fix it.  Citadel appears properly for the PS3, as does my LE content which you cannot even purchase anymore, so thanks for small favors.  But Omega and Leviathan are redeemed for the XBOX as are most of the appearance packs.  I have  a ps3, no Xbox and would like this fixed so I can just play the game I bough twice on day one, so I could have it digital.  I have spoken to someone 3 times and have spent hours with you guys.  Basically at this point, please just send me codes for Omega and Leviathan for the PS3 so that I can get playing... I've paid for them and spent a ridiculous amount of tiime working on this. please.
