Mass effect - Legendary Edition - Achievements mess

Hi everyone. I am aware of the common problem of achievements unlock we might encounter on the legendary edition. But I couldn't find anything related to my version of this problem. I'm playing on...

    @Imperiom07 

    With "local cache" you mean the "Origin" or "EA Desktop" cache?
    Did you restarted Origin/Ea Desktop and your PC?

    Hi.

    I meant the Origin cache and i've restarted my pc. 

    The achievements are still locked on Origin, but they came back in the in-game achievement page. 
    If there is no effect on the save for the third game then i'm good with it.

    A bit sad that I can't get them since i'm doing all 3 in insanity but well... Thank you for your answer. Now I can proceed to my playthrough with a clear mind.
