This is actually about the 3rd time I've purchased this game over the year. Once in Box, then Steam, now here.
The flickering issue has occurred in past, but I forgot how to defeat it.
PC
My specs:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2500K CPU @ 3.30GHz
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti
Microsoft Windows 8.1 Pro
DirectX 11.0
ViewSonic VA2702w monitor
