Having played the original Mass Effect, I was looking forward to purchasing the Spectre Gear (available from the CSec Req Officer). The first time I went to the vendor, I did actually see them but I obviously didn't have the credits to get them. When I revisited it later I noticed they had stopped showing up. I have since then passed 1 mil credits, still don't have It showing up in stores for me.(I'm also at a point in the game where level VII gear is dropping normally, so I'm guessing it's a glitch).
Maybe it has to do with the fact that it's tied to an achievement that is no longer associated with the game? Either way I really hope this gets fixed because it may not be impacting my normal difficulty playthrough that much, I DEFINITELY want those weapons if I decide to do a higher difficulty playthrough.
I'm also having this issue. The gear was there immediately after becoming a spectre, so I could check the pricing, and after that it all disappeared. I've also passed 1 mil credits and there is still only low level equipment in the "rare stocks" store at C-Sec and the same in my Alliance vendor.

That is exactly how it happened in my game. And I also only got low level gear at the vendors. Reentering the area reloaded the stock and they sold high level gear. But sadly still no legendary Specter Gear.
