same issue even after restarting twice. Bug still not fixed
I actually saw reports of this bug before I started ME2 so as soon as I was named a Specter I went to the shop and bought my first and, I now realize, my last Specter gear. After that first purchase no new gear of the same or higher level ever appered at C-Sec shop, and I visited him after every major mission, even Vermire. I have not realized there was supposed to be more gear than what I bought until I saw this discussion.
