Mass Effect 1 won't launch due to missing mods

Literally couldn't find anything on the internet so here I am. So I installed some texture mods, I believe it was "MEUITM" and "A Lot Of Textures". Now obviously like every rational human being I DI...

    Hey, I fixed it. I moved all the mass effect files from documents onto my desktop. Thanks, I probably wouldn't think of it if it weren't for your original reply.

Nope, nothing changed. Do the install paths have anything to do with it?

The installation path should not make any difference, but I saw it happen before.

But for now try to repair the game. (in Origin > Game Library > right click ME > Repair)
