Anyone else have an issue when heading back to the shuttle after, fighting through the disabled collector ship the screen turns pitch black and won't start the cut scene? I can still shoot while the screen is black,

If you're on PC does changing your settings change anything? If you toggle to Windowed mode (Alt & Enter) does that have any effect?

Aditional to @EA_David, if you are on a PC, try to repair the game. (in Origin > Game Library > right click ME2 > Repair) (in steam > right click at ME2 > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game cache.)

i have this issue as well, i have done it on all difficulties and same thing. it super frustrating because i am setting up for insanity playthrough and if i make it to the end for example i would have to run through all over again. waste of time and effort. i love mass effect and to see this many bugs in legendary pack is mind boggling. If Ea didn't care so much why release it in first place it ruins players experience. not to mention will make first time players hate the game which is complete crap. Hey Ea how about you get some testers to play the game so they can help fix all bugs. better yet why doesn't the CEO play the original series, then play the legendary version and tell me if it is the same experience. FIX YOUR *
