Mass Effect 2 - Romance Cutscene not loading after completing main mission

 Romances after completing suicide mission do not load    -Complete main questline   - Choose character to romance   - Cutscene starts fades to black nothing loads       - Repeated this with Mira...

@cid487 I have this same issue with Tali, I originally used her body as a fling like I did in the original 360 release to get the achievement and while successful there I can't get it to work now. So I am hoping for a fix.
