Mass Effect 2 & 3 save files missing Xbox One

Hi. So i bought the dlc for ME3 and started the game but i had none of my save file, no characters. I am playing this on xbox one and my 360 cloud storage doesnt have me3 and 2 saves for some reason. I played both games last year on the xbox one and had all my save files but today nothing. I have redownloaded my 360 profile. I have also cleared 360 storage so the xbox one would sync again with the cloud storage but still nothing. Please help, i dont want to play the game again to get to the point where i can access the dlc and even then i wont have any powers leveled up

    @MuteThatGuy

    There is very little we can help you with here. If the save games are gone from the cloud storage there is no way to get them back.
    The only way I can see is if you still have access to the 360. Here is a guide.

    I dont have access to my 360. Weird thing was only my mass effect saves ars gone, i have saves of other games on the cloud storage. I played ME2 4 times and ME3 twice and wanted that history to always be there. Started another playthrough of the qhole series so that when i get to the ME3 dlc all my characters are there

    So the ME games are on that account and the games with the working cloud storage are also on that account I assume?

    OK, I was thinking about a account mismatch, but it seams that this is not the case.

    I am afraid that there is no way to recover the save files in this case.
